Ingredients:
3 tbsp Ghee
580g Grated carrot
2 Cinnamon stick
2 cup Milk
160g Sugar
1/3 cup Powder milk
3 tbsp Almonds (optional)
3 tbsp crushed Pistachios.
Instructions:
Heat the pan and add 3 tbsp ghee
Then add 580g grated carrot and sauté for 3-4 mins
Add 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 cup milk
Mix well, and cook until become thick
Then add 160g sugar till the sugar melts and become thick
Keep stirring continuously
Add milk powder, flaked almonds (optional) and chopped pistachios
Sauté well until mixture separate in the pan
Put mixture in to the tray
Then refrigerator for 2-3hours.
