Join me for a 30–minute Yoga Nidra for the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) — the fifth class in our Journey to 7 Chakras series. In this session, we gently open your center of expression so you can communicate with clarity, authenticity, and confidence.
What you’ll experience:
A soft body-scan & deep relaxation to settle the physical plane
Breathwork and visualization centered on the throat to invite openness
Affirmations, Sankalpa, and subtle yogic reflection for speaking your truth
Moments to pause, integrate, and release anything that’s held you back
Benefits of this class:
Improve self-expression and find your authentic voice
Release fear of speaking, self-censorship, and communication blocks
Boost confidence in honest, clear conversation
Support throat, neck, and energetic communication centers — calming the nervous system
What you need:
Comfortable, loose clothing
A quiet, undisturbed space
Yoga mat or cushion / carpet
Optional props: blanket, bolster or pillow under knees, eye pillow
Headphones recommended for deeper immersion
How to use:
Lie down peacefully and allow yourself 30–35 minutes of undisturbed practice.
