Kiunga Water and Sanitation Project short documentary showcases the successes of Water Sector Trust Fund's Green Growth and Employment Programme (GGEP) in Lamu County.
The Green Growth and Employment Programme (GGEP), whose main objective was to contribute to inclusive green
growth and employment in Kenya, commenced in July 2016 and ended in December 2020. The programme was funded by the Government of Kenya and the Danish International Development Agency (Danida).
The GGEP programme was implemented by the Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) and targeted eight counties in Kenya (Garissa, Isiolo, Lamu, Mandera, Marsabit, Tana River, Turkana and Wajir).
