I don’t pick favourites...but if you forced me to, tiramisu would be up there as my favourite dessert. I hope you love this mini version as much as I do!

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 4" mini cake)
Homemade lady fingers:
1 large egg
40 g (1/3 cup) white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
50 g (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Tiramisu cream:
1 egg yolk
10 g (1 tbsp) white granulated sugar
40 g (2 tbsp) mascarpone cheese
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
60 g (1/4 cup) whipping cream
Additional ingredients:
Espresso or concentrated earl grey tea
Cocoa powder
自制手指饼干:
