Enjoy two crowd-pleasing snacks in one video—Cheesy Malai Boti Pasta topped with juicy chicken skewers and crispy Biscuit Kababs filled with flavorful chicken mince. Perfect for iftar, tea time, parties, or quick homemade snacks with a fusion twist.
Biscuit Kabab
Ingredients:
• Salted biscuits — 24
• Chicken mince — 300 grams
• Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
• Salt — ½ teaspoon
• Finely chopped onion — 1 cup
• All-purpose flour — 1 tablespoon
• Butter — 50 grams
• Green chili (finely chopped) — ½ teaspoon
• Fresh coriander (chopped) — 2 tablespoons
• Garlic paste — 1 teaspoon
• Oil — 4 tablespoons
For coating:
• Egg — 1
• Bread crumbs — ½ cup
• Oil — as required (for frying)
• Chopped fresh coriander — 2 tablespoons
• Salt — ¼ teaspoon
Method:
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion until soft. Add the chicken mince and all the spices, and sauté well. Add the all-purpose flour and cook for 2–3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Add the green chili and fresh coriander, mix well, and allow the mixture to cool.
Spread the filling on one biscuit and cover with another biscuit to make a sandwich. Coat each biscuit sandwich in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs mixed with chopped coriander and salt. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and serve hot.
Cheesy Malai Boti Pasta
Ingredients:
• Boiled pasta — 1 packet
• Boneless chicken — 700 grams
• Cheddar cheese — 1 cup
• Cream — ½ cup
• Black pepper — 1 teaspoon
• Salt — ½ teaspoon
• Green chilies — 6
• Garlic cloves — 10
• Cumin seeds — 1 teaspoon
• Milk — ½ cup
• Lemon juice — 4 tablespoons
• Shashlik sticks — as required
• Turmeric powder — ½ teaspoon
• Oil — 4 tablespoons
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, salt, lemon juice, and black pepper. Leave aside for 30 minutes. In a blender, add cheese, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, and milk, and blend into a smooth paste. Apply this paste evenly to the marinated chicken pieces and thread them onto shashlik sticks. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken skewers until cooked through and lightly golden. Remove from the pan and place over the boiled pasta. Serve hot.
