20 MINUTE FULL BODY PILATES STRENGTH AND STRETCH WORKOUT | No Equipment
Join me for a full body pilates workout that includes breathwork, deep core exercises, strength and flexibility exercises for legs, hips, bcak and shoulders. This session work really well as a daily practice or as a warm up to a more intesne workout. It includes many of the classical pilates exercises with extra stretches to get you warmed up for your day.
This session is also Day 4 of my 7 days of Pilates to Reset Mind and Body. The perfect playlist when you just want to get back into regular exercise without any pressure but with an expert to guide you to back safely and with gentle encouragement. Just show up, do your 20 minutes and come back again tomorrow. 🤗
