Picture this: a crackling campfire, the crisp autumn breeze, and the warm aroma of our stew wafting through the air and suddenly it gets even more magical with some shiny drops of rain, It's a scene straight out of a rustic dream.
Our stew is a taste of Persian tradition, and we're thrilled to share it with you.

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious meal called "Mosama Bademjan" for 8 people:
For the Rice:
8 cups of rice + 150 butter or oil + enough salt
For the Stew:
14 eggplants
2 kilograms of chicken
300 grams of dried apricots
300 grams of dried plums (we used two different kinds, one sweeter and one more sour to balance the taste)
4 onions
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
Spices: turmeric, salt, black pepper
