Our intervention is focused on SNNPR and Sidama Regions. During the last 10 years, with the help of our experts and the Czech Republic Development Cooperation, we have been able to construct water schemes in 25 Kebeles and we have served more than 300,000 beneficiaries. The projects have capacitated 15 TVET colleges located in Southern Ethiopia in order to enhance youth employment. This was done by providing beneficiaries with different types of machinery, updating their curriculums, providing and drafting the manuals for training. The WASH projects have also introduced a unique and highly effective application named "Water Report Technology“ that delivers the reports on the malfunction that occurs at the water scheme by alerting the technicians at the Kebele, Woreda, Zonal, and Regional offices at the Sidama Region.
