Hey everyone! In this video, I share why I think psyllium husk is great to incorporate in your diet!
The scope of this video is to show you what psyllium husk is, why I consume it, how it works, and why it can be such a benefit to your diet. I also show you a psyllium husk pancake recipe to give you an idea of how you can consume this fiber.

FIBER PROTEIN PANCAKES w Psyllium Husk:
5g (1 Tbs) Whole Psyllium Husks
10g (4 tsp) Coconut Flour
140g Egg Whites (4 Large Egg Whites)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sweetener
Pinch of Salt
1) Combine ingredients
2) Cook on medium heat on one side for 4 minutes
3) Flip and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes
Add Cinnamon, Cocoa Powder, Blueberries, Chocolate Chips, etc into the batter to make it even more delicious!
140 Calories // 16g Protein // 8g Fiber
