In addition to MRI or CT evidence of your #cervical disc injury you also need evidence that your medical problem is causing functional limitations. Examples of functional problems that create work activity limitations include numbness and tingling radiating from the neck into the arms and hands, loss of feeling and grip strength in the hands, difficulty holding up your head, and inability turn your head from side to side.

In addition to functional issues, judges expect to hear testimony about severe #pain such that you cannot maintain #attentionandconcentration, focus at work or remember and carry out even simple, routine job instructions.
