Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
4 medium tomatoes
3 bundles Kangkong or water spinach
2 blocks silken tofu (thawed and press after freezing)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil for pan frying
Sauce:
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
300ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp cornstarch
black pepper
dash of sesame oil
Garnish:
toasted garlic
sesame seeds
