You can make easy homemade ice cream from scratch. This strawberry ice cream will surely rock your world! give it a try!
Here are the ingredients and instructions:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup strawberries
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 12 oz condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Blend the strawberries: Toss one cup of fresh strawberries into a blender or food processor and blend until very smooth. Set the blended strawberries aside .
2. Whisk the heavy cream: In the meantime, whisk two cups of heavy cream with an electric mixer on high speed for eight minutes. Continue whisking until the heavy cream becomes foamy and doubles in volume.
3. Combine ingredients: Once the heavy cream has doubled in volume, stop mixing and add the blended strawberries. Next, add 12 oz of condensed milk. Mix everything together very well .
4. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover it, and place it in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours until completely frozen.
5. Enjoy: Once the strawberry ice cream is completely frozen, it is ready to be enjoyed (1:11-1:14).
