Ingredients : In the order you add them !!!!!!
300 gr butter, 200 gr brown sugar, 200gr eggs (4 small), 100gr ground almonds, 320 gr flour 00, 2tsp BP, 1tsp salt, 60 ml orange juice, 50ml brandy, zest of 1 lemon, zest of 1 orange, tsp ginger, half tsp of cinnamon with cloves and nutmeg, 200gr of mixed nuts ( hazelnuts, pistaccios, walnuts), 700 gr of mixed dry fruit preserves dusted with some flour. Add flour as needed to get the consistency you saw in my recipe.
100 gr almonds for decoration, and liquer of your choice to brush 6-7 times until Xmas.
