SWEET & SOUR FISH WITH LYCHEE | Sherson Lian

Is there anything better than the texture combination of crispy fried stuff coated in thick (slightly spicy) sweet and sour sauce? Consider your lunch or dinner sorted and your taste buds are going on a trip. This week I'm sharing with you guys my recipe of a Sweet & Sour Fish, with lychee (that's right!). Sea bass (Fish)

Corn starch
Red capsicum
Green capsicum
Yellow onion
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce

Grounded chili
