Recipes
Mixed Berries Jam Crumble Bars
1. Add to a bowl:
200g melted butter, 170g sugar, 360g flour, 1 egg, ½ tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
2. Mix well with your hands.
3. Grease the baking tray.
4. Spread 70% of the dough evenly in the tray.
5. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
6. Spread 200g mixed berry jam on top.
7. Sprinkle the remaining 30% dough as crumble on top.
8. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
9. Cut into bars and serve.

Chicken Skewers Recipe
1. Prepare the chicken:
• Wash and dry chicken pieces.
• Add 1½ tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1½ tsp chicken tikka masala, 1 tsp paprika powder, and salt.
• Add 3 tbsp oil and mix well.
• Marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare vegetables:
• Cut bell peppers and onions.
3. Assemble the skewers:
• Thread chicken pieces, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
4. Cook the skewers:
• Preheat oven grill mode to 200°C.
• Grill skewers in the oven for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
• Avoid over grilling.
• Chicken skewers grilled perfectly.

Rice Recipe
1. Prepare the base:
• Add 1/3 cup oil to a pan.
• Add 1 chopped onion and fry until golden.
• Add 2 black cardamom pods, 1 star anise, and 1 tsp cumin seeds; fry briefly.
2. Add vegetables:
• Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes.
• Add 2 tbsp water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
• When tomatoes soften, add frozen green peas.
3. Cook the rice:
• Add washed rice to the pan.
• Add enough water to submerge the rice.
• Add 1 tbsp salt.
• Cover and cook until water is absorbed.
• Lower heat and cook on low for 20 minutes.
