Pflaumen Kuchen is a delicious Dessert , ideal for all occasions.

Ingredients;
For the marinade
1tbsp of vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp brown sugar
750g plums
For the Batter mixture;
4 medium size of Egg
250 g of soft butter
200g of granulated Sugar
385g of Allporpuse Flour
3 tsp of Baking powder
Pinch of milk wenn the batter is dry. (Optional)
Marmalade for toppings I suggest strawberry marmalade .
Bake into preheated Oven at 180*C
About 40-45 mins of Baking.
