Today I’m cooking octopus over open fire, but this time, I’m not alone!
I invited Chef Alejandro Rodríguez from Spain to show me how to make the classic “Pulpo a la Gallega”, one of Spain’s most iconic seafood dishes.
While Alejandro keeps it spanish traditional, I’ll add my own Argentine Asador twist — cooking the octopus over the flames. Two cultures, two techniques, one incredible ingredient.
