This traditional dish, also known as Kokuy Lepe, is cooked with chicken and parsley, vegetables and spices - with love on a fire. The sound of rain and the peaceful atmosphere of the village make this rustic dish even more relaxing.
Shami Kebab or Shafteh Lepe Nakhud and Chicken is the best option for those who do not like fatty food. This kuque does not absorb any oil because of the chickpeas. It is the best food for diets.
