This is a full tutorial on how to create a project management dashboard in Power BI! The full series in this playlist is an end-to-end solution - we create the data source first, then the model, then the dashboard. We do an estimated to actual cost comparison, highlight overdue, recently completed, and items starting soon, and add a Gantt chart. This uses Microsoft List data, but Planner data from one of my other tutorials could also be used (minus the cost comparison - that one requires accessible custom columns).
