Undhiyu Recipe | Authentic Gujarati Undhiyu | Traditional Winter Special

🌿 Masala for Stuffing :
1 cup roasted besan
2 tbsp crushed peanuts
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
3/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp oil
👉 Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside.

🥬 Ingredients for Muthia:
1 1/5 cup methi leaves
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup atta
1/2 cup besan
1/4 cup sooji
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp ajmo (carom seeds)
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 to 2 tbsp oil
Water as needed to bind the dough

Surti Papdi
Valor
Ravaiya
Sakkariya (Sweet Potato)
Suran
Ratadu
Small baby potatoes
