• 1.5 litre jug of Basmatic rice.
• 4 large bell pepper
• 2 cans of tomatoes
• Bay leaves
• 2 medium onions chopped
• medium size onion (for blending)
• 1tbsb of garlic paste
• 1tbsb of ginger paste
• 2 tbsb of Corinader
• 1tbsb of garam masala
• Chicken broth
• 4 scotch bonnets
• 4 Chicken seasoning or Bouillon cubes
• 1/2 tsp Salt
. 1 tbsp of Star ainse
. 1 tbsp of Cumin
• 6 tbsp of vegetable oil
