I went to the ER for severe abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting worried that it was acute appendicitis and that I would need emergency surgery. Little did I know that it was something completely different and that I would be diagnosed with a chronic digestive disease.
While this video is a little different than my usual content, I wanted to make it with the hope that it may help someone else who has or is experiencing similar symptoms as me and what to expect with a trip to the ER and hospital. I am sharing with you the entire process from start to finish of my symptom progression, my bloodwork results, CT scan and how I ultimately got diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
