Hi there, thanks so much for visiting my channel! My name is Dr. Sarah and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor living in the Pacific Northwest with a passion for helping people heal their skin naturally from the inside out. I struggled with chronic eczema for most of my life since I was a child and it wasn't until I found holistic medicine that my skin was able to heal completely.
I decided to make a YouTube channel to share my story of healing my skin naturally and share my knowledge of skin health. I'm also passionate about nutrition and overall healthy living and create videos about my naturopathic lifestyle.
