Ladder agility drills are an excellent way to improve foot speed, agility, coordination and overall quickness by training some specific and most useful movements.
Table tennis is one of the racket sports where the players require quick reflexs and swift foot movements and "Ladder Agility Drills" is a such kind of training which helps to improve those skills which is vital for this sports.
We are sharing here 11 Basic Ladder drills to improve your footwork in Table Tennis:
1. High Knee Forward Run
2. High Knee Lateral Run
3. Forward Foot in-in out-out
4. Lateral Foot in-in out-out
5. Forward Two foot in & out
6. Icky shuffle
7. Lateral alternate foot in & out
8. Reverse crossover
9. Two Forward One Back movement
10. Single leg in & out
11. Two Side One Back steps
