Cheap Easy Fast Fan removal tool FOR LS Engines, Dodge, Ram Trucks and JEEPS w/Mechanical Fan

We all love budget built hot rods or modifications to our cars/trucks. We have to have a budget for the tools to work on our project cars/trucks too. There are plenty of tools we use all the time and some that we don't use very often, but when you need it, you need it now! Don't let a cheap tool slow you down while working on your next project.
YOU can do it! It does not have to be expensive. Removing a mechanical fan can be very frustrating. Some vehicles don't have much room to work with. You value your fingers! Make this tool and it is a Trifecta! It is easy, fast, cheap and safe....(I guess that's 4 rather than 3 so its an added bonus!) I show 2 tools I made. One is for the LS engines, the holes in the water pump pulley are a different spacing than the Dodge, Ram Truck and Jeep. The other is made for the Dodge, Ram Truck and Jeep. Both work exactly how they need to. I made the Jeep one first when I saw the "tool" at a swap meet. However, I quickly could see that it is so short, it was worthless. UNTIL I welded it up and attached it to the angle iron...then presto! works perfectly. The LS came later when I could see a special tool was not needed...just the angle iron and two bolts spaced correctly. If you have to lower your hands down into the engine bay to apply force, DON'T DO IT!! If one of the wrenches slips, you will get hurt. Make sure your handle is long enough to place your hands above anything they could come into contact with...and wear gloves...just in case! Your fingers will thank you later!
