This video demonstrates my detailed process of wrapping wild game burger and all other cuts of meat. I've been wrapping this way since 1994 and have never had to deal with freezer burn, strange freezer flavors, or discoloration of the meat. I've had meat last several years and it looked and tasted as good then as the day I wrapped it.
