3-4 acciughe sott’olio
2 mestoli di brodo vegetale (oppure di pollo)
Qualche foglia di salvia
3 dita di vino bianco oppure (vin santo)
Burro 40 g
3 cucchiaini di capperi sottaceto
Sale q.b
Pepe q.b
Cottura circa 20 minuti
Ingredients:
Chicken livers 500 - 600 g
1 onion
3-4 anchovies in oil
2 ladles of vegetable broth (or chicken)
A few sage leaves
3 fingers of white wine or (vin santo)
Butter 40 g
3 teaspoons of pickled capers
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed
Cooking about 20 minutes
