Water, associated with movement, creativity and intuition, represents the flow of energy and how to move with it, drawing us into new experiences. So today we flow with that energy, adding intermediate Yoga poses in order to challenge our balance while strengthening our lower body and core with Pilates exercises at the same time.
This is your first class in the Element Series. This series is based on each element found in nature and how it ties into your personal practice. Over the next few weeks discover how you can take the inspiration found from nature and apply it to your yoga practice in a way that feels heart centered, intentional and fun!
