This week was an eventful running week, redoing my attempt at a 15k from last week, which went so poorly that I had to take multiple rest days. I give it another shot and crush my 15k goals, then continue on with the rest of my recovery and speed runs. Debating what trail shoes will grace my feet in two weeks for my half-marathon, come watch the runs and see if you learn anything new or just want to see my struggle runs!
