Pizza Hut Pan Pizza at Home 🍕 (Best Copycat Recipe!)

Pizza Hut is known for their famous Pan Pizza, so today we're gonna try to recreate it at home and see if its close to the real deal!

Pizza Hut Dough Ingredients:
4 cups bread flour (663g)
1/4 cup skim milk powder
1 pack instant yeast (8g)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups warm water (105-110F degrees)
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for dough)

Pizza Hut Sauce Ingredients:
1 can tomato paste (156ml, 5.5oz)
3/4 cup water

Sauce Seasonings:
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Black pepper to taste

Other Ingredients:
6 tbsp vegetable oil (for pan)
Pepperoni, sliced
Mozzarella cheese, grated (low-moisture)
