My FIRST TIME Backstage at a WWE Event

In this week’s video, I’m taking you back to 2008, the first time I ever stepped backstage at a WWE event. I had just graduated from Harvard Law School, left my job at one of Chicago’s top law firms, and decided to chase my childhood dream of becoming a professional wrestler. What started as a phone call to a wrestling school in California led to a life-changing opportunity that put me inside a SmackDown arena for the very first time.

You’ll hear the full story of how I went from “I Love New York 2” to shaking hands with Shad Gaspard, meeting legends like Ric Flair and Rey Mysterio, and stepping into a WWE ring for the first time. I’ll also talk about the key moments that shaped how I carried myself backstage from that day forward.
