2. FLAT BENCH PRESS SUPERSET WITH DECLINE DB FLYS - 4 SETS
ON THE LAST SET, WE USED A SMITH MACHINE FOR THE PRESS AND ADDED
EXTRA LOAD TO THE ECCENTRIC PHASE, THEN STILL SUPERSETTED WITH FLYS.
3. CABLE FLYS - 15 REPS SUPERSET WITH DB PULL OVERS FOR CHEST
-3 SETS.
4. INCLINE DB FLYS - HEAVY (6 - 8 REP RANGE)
4 SETS.
