500 grams ganth gobi/kohlrabi
2 tbsp oil
3 tomatoes pureed
2 onions & 1 garlic bulb pureed
1 tbsp ginger paste
3-4 tsp hara dhania/cilantro
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup water
