For a while now, I have wanted to head back to St. Peters and catch one of their 2001-DC's from their old system when they had the 2T22's, Thunderbolts, and RSH-10's. I recently discovered that St. Peters also has an SRN in the system as well as the DC's and 130's. Hopefully, I can catch it at some point too. Anyway, the DC vis located behind the St. Peters Rec-Plex and St. Peters City Hall at City Centre Park off of Mexico Rd. You can hear the county Whelens activate first. Then the ASC FSK for St. Charles and then the 2001 fires up. You can also hear the 2001-130 near Jungermann Rd. and Willot Rd. fire up after the DC activates. I have discovered to the Two-Tone that comes through on the scanner does not activate St. Peters. They are activated on their own which I'm thinking is by St. Peters Police. This was my first time hearing a DC and I was impressed. Chris also joined me for this test. Sirens in St. Charles County are tested on the 1st Monday of each month at 9:00 AM weather permitting. Enjoy!
