In today’s video, I’m showing you a safe, at-home seated upper body workout perfect for weeks 1–3 post-op. No gym, no pressure on the knee, and no standing required.
This routine helped me feel stronger, keep a routine, and stay mentally in the game while recovering. If you’re healing from ACL surgery (or another lower body injury), this is for you.
