Sugar - ⅔ cup (130g)
The zest of half a lemon
Two eggs
Vegetable or seed oil - ⅓ cup (80g)
Milk - 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. (20g)
All-purpose flour - 2½ cups (320g)
Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
A pinch of salt
