So you're probably familiar with my protege Miss Van Beest. She always turns up to her PT session with me ready to try anything.
I decided to give her a 20kg (22lbs) power bag with 10 different exercises.
10 reps x 3 sets of each:
1. Squat to Alternating Press
2. Clean to Lunge
3. Full Swing and Twist
4. High Pull
5. Alternating Step-ups
6. Push Press
7. Weighted Push ups
8. Bent-over Row
9. Weighted Crunch
10. Suspended Crunch
