chopped 10 green chilli
onion 500 gm
turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
jeera powder 2 tbsp
chilli powder 2 tbsp
coriander powder 2 tbsp
frozen green piece 300 gm
coriander seeds 3 tbsp fennel seeds 3 tbsp
boiled potato 3 kg
salt as required
chat masala 1 tbsp
coriander leaves

for dough making
dalda 200 gm
maida 1 kg
Ajwain Seeds 1 tsp
salt as required for dough
