This is my first long 1 hour Yin Yoga session. It will let your muscles relax and stretch very deeply while taking your time to stay in one Asana for 2-3 minutes. We are focusing on the upper body first with the shoulders, neck, chest and then moving to the lower body with the hips and hamstrings. This is perfect for days where you have enough time to focus on your practice and you are not really in the mood for a dynamic one.
