✔️This is my first Yin Yoga video and we are focusing on the upper body, shoulders, back, and arms. Opening the chest with a few gentle poses. Yin Yoga is a practice where you stay in a pose for 3-4min going to about 60-70% of your capabilities in order to keep the pose for a long period of time comfortably.
