This week I'll show how to make a hat from scrap fabric of you skirt / dress! This is quite easy, I'd say the difficulty level is one (one being easy and quick, five being hard and time consuming). There is some hand sewing so it can take a bit over an hour to make this once the fabric and cardboard are cut.
