In this video we show you how to properly set up your oil and piston rings and how to install them into the block. We also go over cleaning bearing surfaces, bearings, and the crankshaft and rods in order to assemble the bottom end of our D15. We'll show you a few tips to make it all go smoother and get everything put together in the correct order. We also cover oil pump reassembly and fitting that back onto the front of the block with the pickup tube. Finally we cover the removal and installation of the rear main seal into it's housing to eliminate the possibility of damaging the housing.
