Turn off the drive and disconnect all incoming power and motor output lines.
Verify DC bus discharge:
Check the charge lamp (should be off).
Even if the lamp is off, double-check voltage using a multimeter before proceeding.
✔ Step 2: Perform a Phase-to-Ground Test

Set your multimeter to resistance mode.
Locate a proper ground point for accurate measurements.
Measure each input phase (R, S, T) and output phase (U, V, W) to ground.
None of the inputs or outputs should be shorted to ground.

Set your multimeter to diode mode.

Positive probe to the negative bus terminal.
Repeat measurements for R, S, T and U, V, W.
