Introducing the Winter Special Vasana Recipe. We are coming with the very first recipe, it's Gond Ke Laddu. Gond ke laddu is most often given to women recovering from childbirth. However Gond ke laddu is good for people of all age groups including kids and toddlers. Gond laddu is rich in iron, protein, and calcium. Regular consumption of gond ke laddu for several weeks is said to rejuvenate the entire body by strengthening the bones, improving immunity and digestion.
Wheat flour -150gm
Ghee - 250gm
Roasted
dryfruit -200gm
Gond -150 gm
Dry coconut - 50 gm
Desi jaggery - 250 gm
Jaifal powder -1/4tsp
Elaichi powder-1tsp
Sunth powder -1tbsp
Wheat flour (Mota) -50gm
In a pan add ghee,
Add gond Stir non-stop and fry gond till all of them puff up.
Fry all roasted dryfruit till their color changes on slow flame and then remove them with a slotted spoon. Keep aside.
In a pan dry roast coconut
In a pan add ghee, wheat flour (Atta), (Mota atta)Add mixture into to crushed gond, in a pan add jaggery add above mixture mix well add jaifal powder, elaichi powder, sunth powder.
