🥣 Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken (minced) – 500g
Chana Dal (Split Bengal Gram) – 1 cup (soaked for 2 hours)
Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
Green Chilies – 2-3 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil – for shallow frying

👩🍳 Method:
1. Soak chana dal for 2 hours and boil until soft but not mushy.
2. Boil chicken separately until tender.
3. In a grinder, add cooked dal, chicken, onion, green chilies, and all spices. Grind to a coarse paste.
4. Mix in chopped coriander and shape the mixture into kababs.
5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
