I have to be honest — a few weeks ago, I was feeling a bit down and demoralized because my videos weren’t getting many views or interactions. It was tough, but I found support and strength within myself to keep going and sharing what I love. And here we are! 💪❤️
This recipe is one that my kids ask for every single day — and once you try it, you’ll see why! 🍔💛
Here’s how I made it:
I kneaded ground beef with just salt and black pepper — super simple. Then I prepared the sauce and the fillings.
💡 In the original Big Mac sauce, mayo is mixed with mustard and finely chopped pickles. But I made a shortcut version with *mayonnaise + ketchup* (because that’s what my kids love!). For the filling, I chopped tomatoes and added either shredded lettuce or a quick red cabbage salad I had on hand — both turned out amazing!
Once your sauce and filling are ready, spread the ground beef evenly over a flatbread. Heat a pan, add just a tiny bit of oil, and cook it beef-side down. In the video, you’ll see how the flatbread starts to puff up (or creates little bubbles — it’s so fun to watch!). That’s your sign to take it out and stuff it with the sauce and fillings.
