How to eliminate slop in the needle bar, or move the needle bar horizontally (from side to side)
For Cowboy 4500, 3500 and 3200
Examples - if you install a different needle plate and feed dog and need to centre up the needle in the feed dog
Or if the needle is hitting the hook, you can move the needle away a little bit
All of these things need to keep in mind the whole picture of the timing, feed dog movement etc
The recommended space between the hook and the needle as they intersect is 0-0.05mm… not touching..but almost
