This video demonstrates what is involved in repairing a damaged and rusted lower door, both sides the inner and outer skin. The hinge pocket was in good shape but someone had welded in a plate to attempt to stiffen the lower inner skin, and had a judicious use of body filler. We cut all of that out and weld back in new panels, with some realignment of the curvature.
