The design and performance of a critical internal sales support app used worldwide were drastically limiting productivity. UX was added to the team with the mission to create a new version of that app to remove the productivity roadblocks and make it "easy to use."
Edwin will trace that project from UX research to final design, discussing the process, challenges, techniques, holding space for creativity, trade-offs, and designs from the journey.
