Episode 1 - Fitness Journey
Hey everyone! Today's video is one you've all been asking for! I've tried Chloe's 2 Week Shred Challenge and achieved some amazing results. Getting abs in 2 weeks, is pretty awesome if you ask me, the best thing is, is that it's totally achievable. The challenge consists of 5 different videos on a schedule:
1. Do This Everyday To Lose Weight
2. 2 Week Abs Workout Challenge
3. 11 Line Abs
4. Lower Body Burn Workout
5. Tight Core & Arms Workout

I hope this video can motivate and inspire those of you at home at the moment and practicing social distancing and in quarantine, to take part in working on our health. A reminder that results are very individualized / dependent on your body! My results may not be the same as yours, so the outcome is heavily dependent on you!
